The CELE SQE team is thrilled to present our comprehensive QWE (Qualifying Work Experience) Confirmation Service. As a key component of the SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Exam) framework, QWE is essential for candidates aspiring to become solicitors in the UK. According to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), every candidate for the SQE exam (except for foreign qualified lawyers – click here for SQE2 exemption service) must complete at least two years of full-time or equivalent part-time work in a qualifying legal environment before applying to become a fully-fledged solicitor. This experience can be gained in various organisations, including law firms, legal advisory departments, and legal aid organisations.

The objective of QWE is to ensure that candidates possess a deep understanding of legal practice and develop key skills such as legal research, case management, and client communication. For those currently undergoing QWE, their work experience needs to be confirmed by a qualified solicitor to ensure it meets the standards and requirements of the SRA.

To this end, CELE SQE now offers an extensive QWE Confirmation Service, providing professional support and assistance to two main groups:

Students seeking QWE opportunities.

Legal practitioners who are undergoing QWE and require certification services.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in identifying and obtaining QWE opportunities.
  • Offering professional advice to ensure your experience meets SRA requirements.
  • Assisting in the completion of the QWE application process.
  • Providing certification and evaluation services after the completion of your QWE.

Our team, composed of experienced legal professionals, has in-depth knowledge of both the SQE and QWE processes. We are committed to providing bespoke services to each client, ensuring a smooth and efficient QWE journey.

  • Refund Policy for QWE Confirmation Service

It is important for our clients to understand the terms of our refund policy:

    • No Guarantee of Outcome: While we commit to providing the highest level of support and guidance, we cannot guarantee the outcome of your QWE confirmation process. The approval of QWE is subject to the standards and requirements set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

    • Service Fees: Our services are charged on an hourly basis. This ensures that clients are billed only for the time spent directly assisting with their QWE confirmation process.

    • Cap on Service Fees: To maintain transparency and fairness, we have a capped fee structure. Our service is considered complete once our billing reaches £650. Beyond this cap, no further work will be conducted unless a new service agreement is established.

    • No Refunds for Completed Services: Due to the nature of our professional advisory and time-based services, fees for completed hours of service are non-refundable. Our team invests time and expertise in each stage of the QWE confirmation process, and thus, we do not offer refunds once the service is rendered.

    • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary and accurate information and documentation in a timely manner for the QWE confirmation process. Delays or errors in providing these materials, which are beyond our control, may impact the success of the confirmation process and are not grounds for a refund.

We encourage clients to discuss their specific needs and expectations with us prior to engaging our services. Our aim is to provide clear, upfront communication to ensure our service aligns with your requirements for the QWE confirmation process.

For any further queries or clarifications regarding our refund policy or services, please feel free to contact CELE SQE. We are here to assist you in successfully navigating your QWE confirmation.
